Steelhead Trout with Honey Glaze

Serves 2 | 


Ingredients:

1/4 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, (minced)
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp rice vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 lb. steelhead trout

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in a small sauce pan over low heat. Slowly whisk in garlic, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, Dijon mustard and soy sauce. Cook until thickened.
  2. Place the fish in the center of a rectangle of foil. Pour the glaze over the fish and fold the packet around the fish.
  3. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes. (Until fish easily flakes with fork)
